Return Policy

At Modelones, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you find it necessary to return an item, please review our detailed return policy below:

  3. Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping cost incurred at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
  4. Return Labels: We will provide return shipping labels for your convenience. If you are returning an item due to remorse (such as a change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
    In cases where you have received a defective, wrong, or missing item, Modelones will cover the cost of return shipping, and you will not be charged for the return shipping label.
