1. Return Window: You have 30 days from the date of your order to initiate a return. To qualify for a refund, items must be returned in its original packaging unused.
2. Refund Process: Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and authorize a refund. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for the refund to be processed after it has been authorized.
3. Shipping Costs: Please note that the original shipping cost incurred at the time of purchase is non-refundable.
4. Return Labels: We will provide return shipping labels for your convenience. If you are returning an item due to remorse (such as a change of mind), the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
   In cases where you have received a defective, wrong, or missing item, Modelones will cover the cost of return shipping, and you will not be charged for the return shipping label.
